Design

Pre-mold design is prepared for the orders reaching our company. This design, which shows the main characteristics of the mold to be produced, is shared with the customer and the comments of the customers and the recommendations of the firm professionals for the design are combined in a common denominator.

After the technical details have been checked, the design is finalized. In the design, all parts of the mold are prepared as 3D solid model and 2D technical drawings.

In our company, EDGECAM, HYPERMILL, WORKNC, CIMATRON programs and 3DTOOLS, SIEMENSNX and SOLIDWORKS software are used for CAD / CAM operations. File types that we can read; IGS, PARASOLID (XT), SAT, VDA, STEP, DWG, DXF, STL PRT, MOD, EXP, CATPart, CATProduct.
