Planning

In the planning, a technical examination of the product to be produced is made and the information coming from the customers about the timing is considered as a reference.

A goal is set for each stage of production. The resources required to reach the targets are reviewed. Depending on the usage program of the resources, certain time periods are created. The actual production planning is done with the same precision and professionalism in order to achieve 100% of the production program which is the composition of these periods.
